1. Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer flat rat shipping for all domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within New Zealand: Expect your order within 2-5 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery can take up to 15 business days depending on your location.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after ordering.
  • Note on Replacements: Occasionally, items may need to be replaced, which can extend the shipment time. If your order requires a replacement, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated shipment estimate.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Aramex, New Zealand Post and DHL express.

5. Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

6. Shipping Zones

  • We currently ship to New Zealand and Worldwide.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
